Marianne Ferns
I have been a cosmetologist for almost 24 years. I am licensed in 2 states Illinois and Iowa. I have only worked for 2 salons. 1 for 14 years and the other for 8. About 2 years ago I decided to try it on my own, so I have been renting a chair inside a Business called, Blow it Out. I mostly specialize in men's and kid's cuts, but I have women customers also. I run the salon inside Cambridge house assisted living in Maryville every Wednesday
I feel like they don’t teach the old way of cutting anymore. I am somewhat old school in my technique far as fading is done. But make no mistake, I get the job done. Some Barbers do not take the time to perfect their craft. But I like to be able to perfect my cuts till we’re both satisfied and I will take my time till it’s right.
